Apricity & Co

At Apricity Therapy, we’re a small group of independent, accredited Mental Health Occupational Therapists who genuinely understand how big and disorienting the maternal transition can be. We’re here to help you make sense of, and find meaning in, modern motherhood, especially when identity, emotions, roles, and relationships feel like they’re shifting faster than you can keep up with.

We work in a way that’s grounded in developmental understanding, attachment and trauma-informed care, and a neurodiversity-affirming lens. Your nervous system, your history, and the realities of your day-to-day life all matter, and we take the time to understand the whole picture with you.

All therapists with Apricity Therapy are endorsed to provide Focused Psychological Interventions under the Better Access to Mental Health Care scheme. This reflects an additional two years of postgraduate mental health training and experience, and it allows us to support you with a blend of psychological, somatic, sensory, and occupational therapy approaches that feel relevant and genuinely supportive.

If you’d like to get a sense of who we are and what each of us brings, you can explore our therapists’ special interest areas and additional training below.
