Our 1:1 online client centered counselling/therapy services exist to support you in doing the things that feel important and fulfilling to you through addressing mental health and wellbeing concerns.
In these sessions we will help you find meaning and make sense of modern motherhood.
We’re endorsed to provide psychological focused interventions, much like other mental health professionals with a unique focus on the ways we can integrate this support into everyday life.
It is always a challenge to describe Occupational Therapy because the truth is, how we work with each client will be different - based on the strengths and challenges brought to the session, and what roles and occupations these are interrupting.

Your Matrescene Matters - Signature Programme. This program will support you in and through your own matrescence by providing education, therapeutic interventions and community to validate and articulate the motherhood experience. The objective of this programme is to improve self-esteem, self-worth, mental health and wellbeing of the mother; and as a result of this improves the attachment and support of the child. When a mother is well, so too is the family.
Fees
Apricity Therapy is an approved Medicare and ancillary provider for most Private Health Insurers.
You may be entitled to a rebate from Medicare, with an up to date Better Access to Mental Health Care Plan and referral from your GP.
I would encourage you to consult your private Health Insurer prior to our consult to confirm Individual and Group Occupational Therapy is included in your plan.
Session Fees range from $190 - $220 dependent on the practitioner.
Individual consultations or packages are available.
Rebates may be available through Medicare or your Private Health Fund.
GP Mental Health Care Plans accepted.

Private Therapy Sessions are available to anyone residing in Australia via telehealth.
Rebates may be available through your private health fund, please check.
Medicare

With an eligible GP Mental Health Care Plan and Referral letter addressed to me, you will have access to a medicare rebate on our sessions.
We do not bulk-bill, however are able to process your rebate at the time of your appointment.
Rebates vary for telehealth, clinic and home-visiting sessions. Contact us for more information.
